He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Massengale and Eugene Massengale; and his niece Talina Welch. He is survived by: his wife Belinda; his daughters, Amber Shackelford, Kevin Ellis of Borger, Dezaray Ellis and Fort Worth; his grandchildren, Aubrey Ellis and Dillan Ellis; and also, Codie, Chance, Bradley and Cody. He is also survived by two brothers, three sisters, and several cousins.
