He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Waldean "Dean" Forrest and Alma "Nadine" Head Forrest; his siblings, Jerry Dean Forrest and Wanda June Forrest; and his great grandchild Birkelle Brooke.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Forrest; his sons, Bobby Forrest (Elizabeth) of Borger and Jeff Forrest (Carol) of Morse; his grandchildren, Sommer Forrest, Jordon Alexander (Lane), Morgon McBee (Will), MaKenzie Horton (Seth), Maci Johnson (Jake) and Nathan Forrest; and his sister Sharron Harris (David) of Amarillo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
