It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phil Williams (Borger, Texas), born in Clovis, New Mexico, who passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grayson Ray Williams and Flora Belle Smith Williams; and his siblings, Raymond, Euell "Duke", Dale, Dorothy and Carolyn.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Lynn Opdenhoff Schoenhals; and his children, Amanda McGill and J. Ben. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; one great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
