She is survived by: her husband Norman Cook of Borger; her daughter Leslie Anne Cook of Dallas; her grandchildren, Elaine LaSha Elliott, Tyler Elliott and Christopher Matthew Stelly; and her great grandchildren, Shiloh Ann, Isabelle Danielle, Kinley LaSha, Andreas Tito and Shelby Lane.
