She was predeceased by: her parents, Orlen Baker and Ola Mae Baker; her husband Bob Pointer; her sisters, Celia and Debbie; and her grandson John Rhodes.
She is survived by: her children, Elliot Rhodes, Linda Pointer and Spring Pointer; and her siblings, Jenny DeGraff, Nancy Cox and Darrell Baker. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
