He is survived by: his wife Shirl Wagner of Borger; his children, Shawn Pennington of Owasso, James Pennington of Midland and Danetta Williams of Spartanburg; his stepchildren, Amanda Scouten Bates (Bobby) of Hastings, Rachel Long (David) of Del City and Edward Scouten of McLoud, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Truh Sara Pennington, Liam Pennington, Myla Pennington, Brittney Conner, Mercedes Cortez, Isias Cortez, Yzell Cortez, Brittney Valdez, Nichole Tilley, Corey Tilley, Melynee Tilley, Rebecca Scouten, Stephen Long and Jamyie Johnson; his great grandchildren, Blythe Pennington and Dezerey Pennington; his great great grandchild Emma Conn of Abigail Conn; and his sisters, Nancy Diane Martin (Don) of Fritch and Margaret Pumphrey (Ralph) of Borger.
