He is survived by: his parents, Michael Ratliff and Jennifer Ratliff of Borger; his grandfather Doug Kitchen of Borger; his siblings, Monico Castro of Borger, Michael Ratliff, Jr. (Megan) of Borger, Johnnie Ratliff (Lindsey) of Illinois, Alexis Castro of Borger and Audrey Ratliff of Borger; and his close friend Mason Mylander. He is also survived by five nephews; one niece.
