As Kevin departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Kevin may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Kevin leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert Michael Harber; and his grandparents, Carl, Marcell Harber and George Dewayne Wells. He is survived by: his mother Kathie Ann Harber (Wells); his significant other Nicole Chinn; his grandmother Erma Wells; and his uncle Tommy Wells (Jonnie).
