She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Bryan and Opal Bryan; her husband Bob Forrest, Sr.; her brother Paul Bryan, Jr.; and her great grandchild Birkelle Brooke.
She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Forrest (Elizabeth) of Borger and Jeff Forrest (Carol) of Morse; her grandchildren, Sommer Forrest, Jordon Alexander (Lane), Morgon McBee (Will), MaKenzie Horton (Seth), Maci Johnson (Jake) and Nathan Forrest; and her sister Glenna Berinti (Mark) of Sanford. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
