He was predeceased by: his parents, James Castleberry and Dorothy Castleberry (Feland); his spouse Alphia "Chum" Munholland; and his children-in-law, Marlene Castleberry and Erron.
He is survived by: his children, James Castleberry, Jr. of Borger, Jory Castleberry (Victoria) of Borger, Nathan Bishop of Lubbock, Alex Wheeler of Killeen, Texas, Kathy Bradford (Travis) of Borger, Kristi Forsythe of Amarillo, Kari McCullogh of Borger and Karla Shelton (Scott) of Borger; his brother Richard Castleberry of Pampa; his grandchildren, Breanna, Annie, Tristen, Jevan, Bradden, Gabby, Brandon and Reinn; and his great grandchildren, Jase, Jacob, Lainey, Clayton and Mason.
