She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Harvey and Josephine Marie Fowler (Allen). She is survived by: her husband David; her son Alvin Ray Stokes, III (Kristi Kay) of Pampa; her siblings, LaQuita McCullough of Borger, Theresa Morrison (David) of College Station, Texas and Allen Fowler (Tonya) of Gladewater, Texas; her grandchildren, Kasadie Samora (Erick) of Pampa, Kellan Stokes of Pampa, Callyer Stokes of Pampa, Corwin Stokes of Pampa and Kayton Stokes of Pampa; and her great grandchild Everlee Samora.
