He was predeceased by: his parents, E. B. "Jack" McNeese and Rachel Ellis McNeese. He is survived by: his wife Paula Tinney of Borger; his children, Lyndee McNeese (Andrea) of Austin, TX and Shane McNeese of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Kaleb McNeese, Charley McNeese and Madisyn McNeese; his brother Charlie Duke McNeese (Marsha) of Arizona; his mother-in-law Linda Poston of Borger; his sisters-in-law, Stacie Varela of Colorado and LaDonna Coleman (Bill) of Webster, Texas; his niece Leslie Thomas; his nephews, Chris Lusk, David Lusk, Darwin Varela and Shane Varela; his great-niece Lynley Rivers; and his cousins, Stella Knickerbocker, David Badeen (Debbie), Buddy Badeen (DeeDee), Mike Badeen (Theresa), Abe Badeen (Lori) and Kay Carol Baker.
In lieu of flowers, his memory may be honored with a gift to Tri City Youth or to a local animal shelter or rescue.
