She is survived by: her mother Juana Salcido Varela; her husband Alejo Morales; her daughters, Ivonee Morales and Alejandra Morales; and her siblings, Martha Varela (Juan), Socorro Varela, Miguel Varela, Manuel Varela (Blanca), Pedro Varela (Laura), Luis Varela (Lizi) and Mario Varela. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
