She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Eklund and Leona Toulouse Eklund; and her sisters, Deon Mertz and Margy Prentice. She is survived by: her husband David Calder of Borger; her children, James Calder (Rebecca) of Borger and Carol Poston (Michael) of Amarillo; her grandchildren, Josh Calder (Maribel), Haley Calder (Ian O'Malley-Keyes), Matthew Poston and Brandon Poston (Kaitlin); and her great grandchildren, Bryson and Anslee.
In lieu of flowers her memory may be honored with a gift to Cal Farley's Boys Ranch, 600 SW 11th Ave, Amarillo, Texas, 79101.
