He was predeceased by: his parents, Donaciano Walters and Anna Lee Walters. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Smith; his sons, Donaciano "Tim" (Charmaine Walters) of Borger and Dominic (Brandi Walters) of El Reno, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Caitlynn Walters of Borger, Kinsey and Drevan Walters of El Reno.
