He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilhelm Meyer and Rosa Meyer; his wife Carolyn Brown; and his siblings, Truman Meyer, Walt Meyer, Albert Meyer, Gene Meyer and Rosalea Heflin.
He is survived by: his children, Tamara Bransgrove (William) of Hereford and Tommy Meyer (Leighanna) of Fritch; his grandchildren, Tye Meyer (Rachael) and Trista Lewis (Eric); and his great grandchildren, Noah, Brynleigh, Karlee, Jonah and Hallie.
