With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delmar Leon Baldwin of Borger, Texas, who passed away on November 25, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther E. Baldwin and Lila M. Baldwin (Waits); and his siblings, Luther Baldwin Jr., Robert Baldwin, Lyle Baldwin, Dorothy Jean Frith, Glenna Eldridge and Orion Herrin.

He is survived by: his daughter Randalin Van Alstine (Will McGuire); and his grandchildren, Ryan Garner, Rachel Koustik, Jaren and Emily Van Alstine. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
