He is survived by: his former wife Betty June Hess; his wife Betty Blackwell; his sons, Billy Blackwell of Borger and Tommy Blackwell (Linda) of Borger; his grandchildren, Sierra Howard (Jared) of Azle, TX, Lillie, Audrie, Maycie Blackwell of Borger and Logan Blackwell of Borger; and his sisters, Melba Kelley of Borger and Jean Northrup of Woodward, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
