He is survived by: his wife Linda Hilton; his children, Allen Mercer (Gina) of Duncan, Scott Mercer (Chanda) of Gainesville, Texas and Lacy Russell (Seth) of Amarillo; his sister Penney McKee of Amarillo; his niece Marcy McKee of Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Whitni Sanner (Jimmie), Hayeli Pirtle (Jeff), Dallen Mercer, Lynedi Mercer, Addison Mercer, Colton Mercer, Slade Russell, Timber Russell and Auburn Russell. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
