We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2022, at the age of 89, Bobby Lee Hines of Borger, Texas, born in Chandler, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Irle "Rube" Hines and Georgia Frump Hines; and his sisters, Betty Hadle and Sue Sebastian. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rutledge of Borger; his daughters, Connie Lee Black (Gil) of Amarillo and Kathy Whittington (Jeff) of Borger; his grandchildren, Russell Washer, Lee Washer, Brandi Whittington, Mindy Ferguson (Tek), Shelby Whittington, Kim Britten (Sammy) and Laura Savage (Brandon); and his brother Jimmy Hines (Ann) of Borger. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
