She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Stevens and Eula Rose Stevens; and her siblings, Kenneth, Bill, Delbert Stevens, Aline Bentley, Birdie Mae Phillips, Viola Mackey and Ann Cole.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Stevens (James Taylor) and Michele Stevens (Billy Wortham); her grandchildren, Kaisha Wortham, Kaiden Wortham and Casey Taylor; and her brother Raymond Stevens (Gayla) of Borger. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
