She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe C. Taylor and Ruby Horn Taylor; her husband Ned Fowler; her son Charles Stubbs; and her siblings, Betty Alford, Calvin and Raymond Taylor.
She is survived by: her daughter Nita Stubbs; and her sister-in-law Billye Taylor. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
