He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah; his son David Kyle; and his siblings, Teddy and Marie Ann. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Brown of Fritch, Ruth Young (Mark) of Fritch and Elizabeth Davenport of Amarillo; and his brother Tommy Phillips (Joelyn). He is also survived by six grandsons; fourteen great grandchildren.
