He is survived by: his father Raymond Lewis; his children, Liberty Lewis of Rogers, Arkansas, Zachary Lewis of Amarillo, Nathanial Lewis of Pampa and Jacob Lewis of Borger; his siblings, Clovis Holmes (Dan) of Borger, Roseanne Lewis of Amarillo, Tim Lewis (Lori) of Claude and Mack Lewis of Amarillo; and his close friend Wendy Mayberry of Stinnett. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
