He is survived by: his wife Tina Foster; his children, Stephanie Harper (Jeremy Smith) of Perryton, Chris McCartor (Erik) of Wyoming, Ashley Lamm (David) of Booker, James Jimmy Harper (Sulie) of Maryland, Jimmy Cook of Arkansas and Justin Cook of Austin; his siblings, Roy Harper (Jeanie) of Perryton and Pam Anderson (Carl) of San Angelo; and his grandchildren, Justice, Adrian Gonzalez, Jade McCartor, Jaiden Patterson, Zoe McCartor, Jacob Cook, Cayden Cook, Kylan Cook, Corbyn Still, Kason Cook, Colton Harper, Mason Lamm, Kinsler Cook, Zaybreigh Lamm, Kaneaan Cook and Taylor Harper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
