She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Lester and Jacquelyn Hart Faust Holt; her sister Lisa Carpenter; and her stepsister Natasha Crawford. She is survived by: her children, Brittany Tosh of Phoenix, Shelby Crawford of Perryton, Texas, Brandon Tosh of Perryton and Trevor Tosh of Peoria, Arizona; her stepfather Raymond Holt; her granddaughter Jazlynn Stone of Phoenix, Arizona; her sisters, Myrna Apel and Diane Smedley; and her close friend Charles Crawford of Perryton, Texas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
