Worth, TX, Trew Cates (Drew) of Follett, TX, Kelsy Ratliff (Jake) of Lawton, OK and Maddie Cates (Hadley Thompson); and his great grandchildren, Rider Morris, Wyatt Terrell, Kayhill Cates, Ransom Morris, Tanner Cates, Taisen Ricke, Everett Terrell, Tacksen Ricke, Rhett Ratliff, Taos Cates, Hewey Cates, Landry Cates, Chesni Cates, Haddie Cates and Tavlee Ricke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and other friends.
