She was predeceased by: her grandmother Elaine; and her aunt Linda Agosto. She is survived by: her friend Church; her grandchildren, Lynch, Dolly and Jesse Shook; her husband Ryan Hladik; her children, Katy, Lizzie and Jesse; her parents, Leon Shook and Linda Shook; her siblings, Secilia Owens (Steve), Willa Kelsheimer, Matthew Nold, Courtney, Jessica and Johnathan Shook; her parents-in-law, Steve and Linda Hladik; her sister Sara; and her brother-in-law Mike Shasteen. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
