He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Albert Spencer, Jr. and Mary Elizabeth Spencer (Lovelace); his brothers, Frank A. Spencer, III and Charles Spencer; and his brother-in-law Richard Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Spencer (Sharp) of Bonham, TX; his children, Amanda Kirkpatrick (Mark) of Bonham, TX and Joshua Spencer of Bonham, TX; his grandchildren, Alicia Spencer, Blake Shrum and Jadyn Spencer; his great grandchildren, Carter Eacret and Sadie Turner; his sister Ann Carpenter of Bonham, TX; his nephew Dusty Spencer; and his nieces, Mary Riggs and Sharon McEachern.
