He was predeceased by: his parents, Temple Willett, Sr. and Lillie Mae Willett (White); the mother of his children Gladys Lavern Willett; and his grandchildren, Gregory Thomas Temple Scott and Teresa Black.
He is survived by: his wife LaValarie Willett; his children, Kenneth Willett, Deborah Davis (Jay), Lillian Wright (Bob), Tona Jones, Timmie Jo Jackson (Baird), Mary Gray, Prudence Lanell Harger (Kenny), Vicki Stahl (James), Hope Carlin (Wayne) and Thomas Clymer (Sandi); and his brother James Willett. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
