He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Ruth E Payne and Daisy Holladay. He is survived by: his parents, Carl Payne and Penny Payne; his wife Sue; his brothers, Joe (Kathy), Mark and Kevin; and his children, Scott (Brandi), Stephen (Brynane), Douglas (Rachael), Deanna, Godmothers, Betty Savage and Martha Donaldson.
