She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Hassey and Dessie Hassey (Stevens); her husband Billy Pannell (Popeye); her son-in-law Jimmy Blain; and her siblings, James Hassey, Jerry Hassey and Charlene Moncrief.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Pannell (Teresa) of Ravenna, Billy Pannell (Donna) of Ravenna and Lea Ann Blain of Ravenna; her grandchildren, Eli Pannell (Courtney), Lisa Smith (Kyle), Steve Blain (Regina), Leslie Oliver (Brad), Jessica Stark (Brandon), Hilary Skinner (Jason) and Torri Cagle (Dalton); and her siblings, John Hassey, Greg Hassey, Betty Swindell and Donna Thomas. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and one great great grandson, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Mulberry or Lamasco Cemetery.
