He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father H. E. Hazlewood; his sister Sandy Kern; his nephew Cody Horton; his wife Sharon Hazlewood of Bonham, Texas; his children, Johnathan Hazlewood (Amy) of Kingwood, Texas and Christina Richards (Joseph) of Bonham, Texas; his mother Janie Hazlewood of Emory, Texas; his siblings, Randy Hazlewood of Emory, Texas, Cindy Howard (Marty) of Bonham and Colleen Carson (E. J.) of Omaha, Texas; his grandchildren, Jackson, Christopher Kersey, Allison, Avery Hazlewood, Kadrion, Jeremiah, Jaelynn, Tabatha and Maggie Richards; and his great grandchild Tylin Richards. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
