It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sarah Jean Nowlin (Bonham, Texas), born in Telephone, Texas, who passed away on September 10, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse E. Nowlin; her daughter Rebecca Nowlin Cape; and her siblings, Annette Denton, Amy Joe Denton, Alice Denton Faulkner, James Sterling Denton, Jr., Paul Denton and Thomas "Buddy" Denton.
She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Nowlin Douthitt (Duke); her grandchildren, Jessica Cape, Thomas Fleming, Michael Ann Sanders (Kallan), Claire Douthitt and Peter Fleming; her great grandchildren, Milo Cape Coy, Henry Sanders and Kora Sanders; her sister-in-law Joyce Denton; and also Amy Nowlin Fleming (David). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many beloved friends.
