He was predeceased by: his parent Trula Belle Bingham (Hales); his spouse Terry Lynn Bingham (Thomason); his father Charles Bingham; his siblings, Merle Boykin, Betty Stockton, Janie Moss, Genova Priddy, Mary Helen Eubanks, Carolyn Ruth Bingham and Charles Henry Bingham; and his grandson Caleb Haden Patton.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy Bingham (Kim), Terri Ogden (Jim), John Bingham (Carmen), Tracy Jones (Josh) and David Johnson; and his brother Johnny Bingham (Teresa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members and friends.
