She was predeceased by: her children, Angela Dawn Lewis and Lynn Ray Meeks. She is survived by: her son Clayton Allen Meeks (Julie Fields-Meeks); her parents, Bobby Ham and Rosa Ham; her grandchildren, Latisha, Jamie and Katie; her siblings, Bobby Wayne Ham, Cathy Simmons, Janet Johnson, Margaret Michael and Peggy Ariel Lynn; and also Bobby Haynes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, aunts, uncles, and several cousins.
