He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Elva Foreman Sr. and Evelyn "Toots" Foreman; his brothers, Ken Foreman and Don Foreman; his siblings-in-law, Gene Terheggen and Ann Lee; and his close friends, James Edens, Horace Trietsch and Thomas Trietsch.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Terheggen Foreman; his daughters, Shelly MacKenzie (Barry), Toni Bailey (Chad) and Nikki Foreman (Ron Morrison); his stepson Brian Null; his siblings, Sandra Sharpe, Patty Fultz (Ron), Richard Foreman (Lynne) and Ron Foreman (Sandy); his son-in-law Mike (Gail Lynn Casey); and his siblings-in-law, Mark Terheggen, David Terheggen (Margo), John Terheggen (Tess), Joe Terheggen (Julie), Mary Alger, Doris Mathews (Ken) and Susan Smith (Fred).
