He was predeceased by: his parents, JD and Dorothy; and his sister Betty Diane Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Eric Evans, Jamie Leff (Sean Leff) and Clayton Evans (Taylor Berman); his siblings, Cynthia Smith (Paul) and JD Evans Jr.; his brother-in-law Dick Johnson; and his grandchildren, Sean Leff, Collin Leff, Levi Leff and Addyline Evans. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and a nephew.
