She was predeceased by: her parents, Feldon Woodrow Dover and Merle Adeline Dover (Crosby); her former husband Sidney Baxter Hale Jr.; and her sisters, Marilyn Kay Covington and Donna Jeanne Martinez.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven Baxter Hale of Bonham and Feldon Clint Hale of Bonham; and her siblings, Dorothy Marie Spurgers of Leander and Michael Anthony Dover (Aleta Parks Dover) of Plano. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel (2022 N Center St, Bonham, TX 75418). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
