She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Tippett and Hazel Ruth Holder Tippett; her husband Charlie Black Stroud III; her sister Kathy Tippett; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Dreier.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Stroud (Amy) of Mesquite, Texas, Misty Stroud-Martinez (Paul) of Ferris and Jessica Neely (James Schoggin) of Bonham, Texas; her siblings, Ray Tippett of Oregon, Deborah Lawley (Michael) of Athens, Teresa Tippett (Kenny Smith) of Dallas and Denise Rose Eudy (Shane) of Blooming Grove, Texas; and her grandchildren, Shawn Stroud, Tristan Stroud, Alexis Stroud, Samuel Stroud, Jackson Neely, Julianne Busby, Kalee Rush, Kimbree Rush, Kaitlen Rush and Miles Davis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorial donations may be made in Rebecca's honor to the American Heart Association or to the Dodd City Education Foundation.
