He is survived by: his wife Marolyn Hetrick; his children, Brenda Fager (John) and Brian Hetrick (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Joshua Fager (Lynette), Keith Hetrick (Susanna), Katie Matula (Chris), Benjamin Hetrick (Joy), Peter Fager (Amanda), Lacey Leopard (Brian), Brandon Hetrick (Morgan), Andrew Hetrick, Jonathan Hetrick and William Hetrick. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, along with a multitude of nieces, nephews.
