She is survived by: her husband Doug Lay; her daughters, Lisa Rozell (James), Tammy Bryan (Jim) and Jennifer Lay; her grandchildren, Katrina Brown and Dustin Holbert; her great grandchild Hayden Gray; and her brother Dwayne Baxter.
