He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Stowe and Grace Nell Tarpley; and his siblings, Teresa Russell and Robert Stowe. He is survived by: his siblings, Tammy Waggoner (Troy) and Johnny Stowe (Susie); and his sister-in-law Lib Stowe. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
