He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Elmer Chapman Sr. and Mahala Ann'Burch'Chapman; his daughter Karen Jean Chapman; his siblings, Col. Clyde Chapman, Charles E. Chapman Jr., Hilda Gerlach and Betty Hopkins; and his grandson Aaron Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Margaret Chapman; his children, Kenneth R. Chapman, Randy Chapman (Sissy) and Beverly Chapman (Gina); his grandchildren, Chris Chapman, Brandon Chapman, Bo Chapman (Lindsay), Wesley Chapman (Emily) and Haley Chapman; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas Chapman, Caleb Chapman, Miles Chapman, Alley Grace Chapman and Graham Chapman.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home (2022 N Center St, Bonham, TX 75418). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
