It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June Rose Burgess (Bonham, Texas), born in Gober, Texas, who passed away on June 1, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wesley Young Burnett and Rosa Ella Burnett (Chandler); her husband James Cecil Burgess; her son-in-law Wayne Bell; her granddaughter Joan Rose Burgess; her children, Debbie Burgess, James Burgess (Jeray) and Sam Burgess (Carol); and her grandchildren, Chandler, Jordan, Amy and Zack Burgess. She was also cherished by 7 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
