She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Ned and Almita Lucille Ned (Pershica); her son Bobby Vandenburg; her daughter-in-law Stormy Vandenburg; and her siblings, Ivan Ned, Edwin Ned, Elwin Ned, Fred Ned, Tommy Ned and Sue Metcalf.
She is survived by: her husband David West DeLisse; her children, Samantha Cirkles (Dean) of Telephone, TX and Ronnie Vandenburg (Nelda) of Bokchito, OK; her siblings, Bobby Ned (Norma), Jan Brooks, Mary Jane Vandenburg and Patty Peebles (Rauel); and her grandchildren, Stacy Christman, Allen Graham, Marcia Cirkles, Jackie Cirkles, Trinity Vandenburg, Kayla Pierce, Lakyn Collinsworth and Branten Vandenburg. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and extended family and friends.
