He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy Starnes of Bonham, Tommy Starnes of Bonham and Billy Starnes of Bonham; his grandchildren, T. J. Starnes, Jessie Starnes, Kimberly Starnes, Christopher Lee Starnes, Jacilynn Paige Starnes and Kai Starnes; and his great grandchildren, Cody Ryan Starnes, Kaden Starnes, Cailynn Starnes and Aliyah Starnes.
