He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Virgie Kelton (Lappin); his parents, Lee Kelton and Connie Kelton; and his sister Betty Mankin. He is survived by: his son David Kelton; his grandchildren, Colby Kelton (Stormy) and Kelsie Jones (KC); his great grandchild Kaisen Jones; and his siblings, Neal Kelton, Lee Kelton, Jr. and Shirley Owens. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
