It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Don Coffin of Bonham, Texas, born in Denison, Texas, who passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Coffin and Lorene Coffin; his brother Glen Coffin (Vernie "Marty" Coffin); his parents-in-law, Ward and Ellen Dodson; and his grandson Donnie Costillo.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Coffin of Bonham; his daughters, Christy McCarley of Bonham, Stacy Johnson (Kenny) of Bonham and Beverly Scullins (Terry) of Calera Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Dylan McCarley, Gracie Johnson, MaKayla McCarley, Hannah McCarley, Hayden Johnson, Maddye Johnson and Morgunn Johnson; his great grandchildren, Kole and Kooper Ragsdale; his brother Bobby Coffin (Mary); and his sisters-in-law, Bertha Coffin and Linda Williams. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
