He is survived by: his children, Greg and Angie; his wife Ann Higgins; his children, Gregory Thomas Higgins (Angie), Angela Kaye Higgins and Billy Chad Higgins; his grandchildren, Delisha Jones, Holly Higgins, Josh Higgins, Gavin Higgins, Candice Carter, Cari Carter, Lauren Ross and Rylee Higgins; and his great grandchildren, Bradley Jones, Emily Jones and Khai Wakeland.
